Michael Joseph Lucas

Born and raised in Barrington, Illinois, Michael brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to his practice. He focuses on careful preparation, clear communication, and developing strategies that reflect each client's objectives.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University, with a minor in Computer Information Systems. His background in accounting, business, and technology provides a strong analytical foundation for evaluating financial records, damages, contractual obligations, and other fact-intensive issues.

He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Illinois.

Michael handles matters at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages. He represents clients in litigated matters and lawsuits in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, Rock Island, and Will Counties. His work includes evaluating claims, negotiating disputes, preparing and responding to legal filings, pursuing and defending lawsuits, and enforcing judgments and financial obligations.
